Who we are
The Clement Adesina Soje Foundation is a nonprofit organisation working in Magongo, Ogori-Magongo Local Government Area, Kogi State, Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through clementadesinasoje.org.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, organisation if you give one, the subject you select, and your message.

Who can see it
Form submissions are sent to the Foundation email address and are read by the trustees and officers responsible for that area of work. Our website host and email provider process the data on our behalf as part of delivering those services.
Where a donation is directed to a school, clinic or supplier, we share only what is necessary to make and record that payment.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and donation records for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose you contacted us about, and afterwards only where we need them for accountability, reporting or legal reasons. Records no longer needed are deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond.
If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We publish photographs of beneficiaries, including children, only with the consent of the person or their parent or guardian.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive financial details, such as full bank or card numbers, through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Foundation grows or the law changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
