How gifts to the Clement Adesina Soje Foundation are received, directed, recorded and reported.

Our commitment to donors
Funds are paid to schools, facilities and suppliers directly wherever possible. Every gift is assigned to a named commitment and reported back. If a gift cannot be used as intended, we will ask you before redirecting it.
How to give
Gifts can be made by bank transfer, from abroad through our domiciliary account, or in kind. The account details are published on our Donate page once confirmed by the Foundation. Online card payment will be added when our payment provider is in place.
Please write to us before sending goods in kind, so that what you send reaches where it is needed.
Directed and undirected gifts
You may direct your gift to education, health and welfare, or community development, or to a specific commitment such as a term of school fees or one medical intervention. Where a gift is not directed, we place it where the need is greatest.
Records and acknowledgement
We acknowledge every gift we can trace to a donor, and we keep a record of what was given, when, and what it funded. If you would prefer to give anonymously, tell us and we will not publish your name.
Refunds
If you give in error, or give an amount you did not intend, write to us as soon as possible. Where the funds have not yet been committed to a beneficiary, we will return them. Where they have already been spent on the purpose given, we will explain what was funded.
Use of images and names
We do not publish photographs of beneficiaries without consent, and we do not identify individuals receiving medical or welfare support without their agreement.
Gifts we cannot accept
We may decline a gift where its source is unclear, where accepting it would compromise the independence of the Foundation, or where conditions attached to it fall outside our purpose.
